When will I receive my order?
Our current turnaround time is from 3 to 7 days, depending on the difficulty of the ring. View the individual items for more details. Please contact us for specific lead times or deadline requests.
Delivery takes at least 10-15 business days to the US, 15-20 business days to Europe and North America and 15-25 business days to the rest of the world.
We use standard airmail. The parcels are delivered by USPS or UPS in the United States, UPS or Canada Post (Canada), Royal Mail (the UK), La Poste (France), Österreichische Post (Austria), Bpost (Belgium), An Post (Ireland), Posten (Norway), Correos (Spain), Swiss Post (Switzerland) etc.
What are my payment options?
We accept the payments via any credit/debit card, and PayPal. Contact us if you have any difficulties with making a payment.
How do I determine the ring size?
Look at this Ring Size Guide to help determine the size. We recommend going with a size that is easy to slide on and slightly resistant when taking it off.
Can my ring be resized?
If the ring size doesn’t fit you - We can change it. It is free. You pay only for the shipping of the item to us. Resizing generally takes one week. However, this could be delayed during peak seasons, such as December. When sending your resizing back, please download and include a copy of this return form with your shipment.

There are a wide number of gemstones for ring’s customization. You can see the stone selection for each ring in each specific listing’s “Personalise” menu
What metals do you work with?
All designs are available in 14k yellow and rose gold as well as Sterling Silver.
How can I customize my ring
We encourage our clients to customize their ring. Start by finding a ring that you love and then personalize it by adding an inscription, changing the finish, or changing a gemstone(s).
Do you offer custom engraving?
Yes! A laser inscription is a great way to personalize your ring. Some common inscriptions include special dates, nicknames or phrases that are meaningful to your relationship. We offer FREE engraving. Engraved items cannot be returned.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Do I have to pay anything extra?
International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient's country.
DAMAGES AND LOST PARCELS
What if something happens to my order during delivery?
We are fully responsible for the package until it is delivered to you. If the package was lost or damaged during delivery, don’t worry – we will send a new item for you.

Can I make a return?
Yes. You can shop with confidence, knowing that if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may take advantage of our 14-day return & exchange policy. The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of the initial shipment. Each piece must be returned in the original packaging with all original documentation/certification. Items that are special order, customized/altered, engraved, have been repaired/resized, or have been previously exchanged are not returnable or exchangeable.
How to make a return or exchange

Once your request has been approved and logged into our system, fill out this form and include it with your return. Please be sure to carefully enclose each piece in its original packaging (including all paperwork and certification).
