■ Delivery takes at least 10-15 business days to the US, 15-20 business days to Europe and North America, and 15-25 business days to the rest of the world.
Shipping is provided to the following countries: USA, Canada, Western and Eastern Europe, Australia and New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan.
We use standard airmail. The parcels are delivered by USPS or UPS in the United States, UPS or Canada Post (Canada), Royal Mail (the UK), La Poste (France), Österreichische Post (Austria), Bpost (Belgium), An Post (Ireland), Posten (Norway), Correos (Spain), Swiss Post (Switzerland) etc.
We have significantly optimized our logistics lately, which has positively affected our delivery speed. Regardless of all the complexities of shipping from Ukraine in general - delivery time will only get shorter, we guarantee delivery in the time frame specified above. Currently, sterling silver and mixed silver and gold rings are available. Gold rings will become available as soon as they are allowed for sale.
■ The rings are sent in a safe and pretty gift Wooden Box from WringsStore. We care not only about the safety of the items, but also about their presentable appearance.
■ We are fully responsible for the package's safety until it is delivered to you. If the package was lost or damaged during delivery, don’t worry – we will send a new item for you (We will ship after we receive confirmation of the package loss from the carrier). Contact us by email along with an issue (image of your faulty item in case) and we will advise how best we can assist you:
International shipping is unpredictable and sometimes there are delays at customs. If you see that your order shipping is delayed, please, contact us.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be applied. WringsStore is not responsible for delays due to customs.
■ If you return a non-personalized item to us that is not considered defective, the cost of return shipping will be paid by you and we will only refund you the cost of the item. When returning an item, please include the original invoice (if possible). Alternatively, attach a note with your contact information and order information. We always recommend using a traceable service for returns if it is a valuable order or piece of jewelry - we are not responsible for items that go missing in return shipping.
■ Returning Personalized Items for a Refund
Personalized items that are uniquely made for you are non-returnable & non-refundable (unless faulty). This includes anything specially made or ordered with your choice of name, message, or other customized features making the item unique to you.
