We make the rings in standard US sizes by default. Our ring mandrels are original; they are from the United States.
If you know your French, Australian, UK size, etc., you can add it to the notes.

All Our jewelry is made to order. Our current turnaround time is from 5 to 10 days, depending on the difficulty of the ring.
STANDARD SHIPPING AND DELAYS
Free shipping for all the jewelry! Delivery takes at least 8-17 business days to the US, 10-20 business days to Europe and North America, 15-20 business days to Australia and New Zealand. Delivery takes 20-35 business days to rest of the world.
I use standard airmail. The parcels are delivered by USPS or UPS in the United States, UPS or Canada Post (Canada), Royal Mail (the UK), La Poste (France), Österreichische Post (Austria), Bpost (Belgium), An Post (Ireland), Posten (Norway), Correos (Spain), Swiss Post (Switzerland) etc.
EXPRESS SHIPPING AND DELAYS
Express shipping DHL takes 4-6 business days to the United States and Canada, 2-4 business days to Europe and 4-8 business days to the rest of the world.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be applied. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. You can update the delivery to express shipping at the checkout.
Delays International shipping is unpredictable and sometimes there are delays at the customs. If you see that your order shipping is delayed, please, contact me.
1. Can my ring be resized?
If the ring size doesn’t fit you - We can change it. It is free. You pay only for the shipping of the item to us. Resizing generally takes one week. However, this could be delayed during peak seasons, such as December.
2. What are my payment options?
We accept the payments via any Credit/Debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Contact us if you have any difficulties with making a payment.
3. Do I have to pay anything extra?
International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient's country.

6. Are your Gemstones natural?
We offer Natural and Lab-grown precious and semi-precious stones as well as synthetic stones. Information about the original stone in the ring is contained in the product info. In the "Personalization" menu, you can choose the stone that suits your taste.
7. I received damaged product / My product is stolen
We are fully responsible for the package until it is delivered to you. If the package was lost or damaged during delivery, don’t worry – we will send a new item for you.
